Je n’ai que de bonnes choses à dire d’Albert Arkilinian. Il a été hyper aidant dans la vente de mon condo (vendu dans les trois mois). Avec ses judicieux conseils, j’ai pu préparer à l’avance tous les documents pour la vente chez le notaire ce qui a réduit le stress. Mon certificat de localisation était obsolète depuis 2008. Il s’est empressé de contacter un arpenteur géomètre pour obtenir un rendez-vous (ce qui peut prendre 3-4 mois) ainsi je l’ai obtenu rapidement. Sinon, le processus se fera au bureau du notaire dans un délai plus long et à un coût plus élevé. Albert est un agent informé, organisé, attentif et intègre.
